Loyalsock Canyon Vista

Loyalsock Canyon Vista is the most famous view in Worlds End State Park. This sweeping overlook will give you a view of the Loyalsock Creek carving its way through the valley and the park’s day use area far below. The rolling Endless Mountains stretch as far as the eye can see. Scenery is particularly unforgettable during the June mountain laurel bloom and the fall foliage season in October.

The Loyalsock Canyon Vista is ADA accessible. You can drive to the vista via Mineral Spring and Cold Run Roads. Please note that these roads are narrow, unpaved, and seasonal.

In the winter, you can access the vista by snowmobile when conditions permit.

If you’re up for a challenge, hike the Canyon Vista Trail. This four-mile loop is tough but well worth the effort. The trailhead begins near the campground.
